Yoga Nidra is a practice which brings you back HOME to you.
A way in which you can love yourself deeply, by taking the time to quieten your mind, getting some well deserved deep rest, so that you can listen to your inner wisdom and guidance system.
Living in the present moment which in-turn eliminates stresses and worries, while moving you into the realm of infinite possibles, where you can start creating your own reality, the life you dream to have.
This 6 Week Series of Yoga Nidra is designed to help you break through these barriers, in a gentle yet lasting way. Each week will explore a different area /relationship in your life.
The Series is designed as a ‘Self Love’ package so that you find your way back to remembering exactly who you are and loving all those parts of yourself that you may have forgotten.

You’re no longer playing the ‘Waiting’ game for when things ‘will be’ better. You are taking an immediate step in the present moment in your life, so that you can feel good ‘NOW’.

But when you take the time alone you feel restless, unsure where to go and what to do, disconnected, lonely, even empty at times.
You try to sleep but your mind won’t switch off and when you wake up you feel fatigued.
You find yourself roaming, slightly lost and not exactly sure what you need or how to find that.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced in Savasana (laying on your back, covered in blankets), suitable for all ages and for beginners.
** You don't need to bring any Yoga Mat or props to this class. Everything will be provided. Wear loose warm comfortable clothing and warm socks.

Yoga Nidra is such a sacred practice to me and I can’t imagine not having this tool to equip me in living my own daily life, which is why I am so excited in sharing it with you.

This Sunday evening series will focus on calming your inner voice, bringing you into a state of peace and flow, releasing stress, anxiety, and tension from your brain, body, and mind, while attracting the feelings and emotions you do want and wish to draw into your life for the upcoming week. Creating a sense of belonging, grounding, and knowing within yourself.
